A visionary, energetic and ambitious administrator who has helped educational institutions improve their programs to use the latest productivity, development and training software in both a lab and office environment.

Tanyard Productions Inc. is a music entertainment company with a wide range of musical performers including Billboard and R&B Hall of Fame artists.

Tanyard Blues Ambassadors is a new Not-for-Profit dedicated to tutoring young artists under the guidance of professionals.

Designed Tanyardinc.com, and other affiliated web sites, designed Shades of Blues, an R&B concert series and designed the Tanyard Blues Ambassadors programs including the Jazz Symphony Orchestra.

Designed and developed Tanyard Blues Ambassadors, a youth mentoring company designed to tutor talented young artists with volunteer professionals.

Developed Tanyardinc.com and other affiliated  music web sites.

Developed the concept of "Shades of Blues," an R&B concert series with Maxine Brown, Baby Washington and more.

Developed MCSE training program utilizing Microsoft automated setups.

Implemented one of the nation’s first Visual Studio .Net development labs, instructed by Citi-Gate Hudson trainers.

Designed and developed multi-function customized Intranet based SQL.

Database with ASP driven pages to produce a Calendar scheduling system with printing capability for public display.

Designed curriculum and taught classes on Web development, IIS management, and Apache on both Windows and Linux environments.

Designed classroom computer labs to automatically switch between languages to integrate non-English speaking students.

Managed and trained staff of more than 20 technicians and Lab Assistants.

Designed and wrote User’s Guides, software support documentation, and websites for staff, students and technicians.

Technology Coordinator/Network Manager

Worked in Chancellor’s District School in Harlem with Abbyssiain Development Corporation and AOL/Time Warner to create a school based network.

Designed and built Time Warner Media Library at Thurgood Marshall Academy with Internet workstations, extensive collection of books, and fully automated circulation and catalogue system designed upon new network infrastructure connecting all classrooms.

Designed and installed expandable 3M/Cisco Volition Fiber Optic network, replacing former 100BaseT network.

Participated in 3M/Cisco Volition Fiber Optic Project to install networking at Thurgood Marshall Academy and Ralphe Bunche School, in preparation of “Bridging the Digital Divide Tour” by U.S. Secretary of Commerce, William M. Daley.

Trained teachers, office staff, parents and students in use of networking, office applications, email and Internet research.

Designed and built Time Warner Media Library at Thurgood Marshall Academy with Internet workstations of mixed operating systems and fully automated circulation and catalogue system.

Designed and constructed original school wide Ethernet network by upgrading legacy stand-alone computers to Internet workstations.

One of the Nation’s foremost teacher colleges with NCREST leading the field in researching restructuring and learner-centered initiatives.

Designed curriculum and taught summer classes and workshops on Constructing Plan for Building School Networks, Beginning HTML Development and Understanding the Internet.   

Rebuilt, and restructured Novell network for increased capacity and traffic eliminating server crashes, slow network services and poor usage.

Increased network users from 10 to 50 onsite through personalized training. Managed off-site teacher project with more than 150 users.

Implemented several databases and streamlined budget management between grant projects using standardized software and procedures.

Produced users’ guides for various systems including telecommuting, applications and off-site support documentation.

Designed and built four websites including site launched simultaneously with National Commission on teaching reforms.

Conducted national workshops and Internet Access training sessions for regional librarians and school administrators at Alabama State University, Grambling University and Howard University.

Setup UNIX/SUN OS based national website for educational researchers, rated top 10% by independent evaluation firm for content in first year.

Translated more than 1200 legacy documents into HTML for website startup.

Primary technician for all microcomputers and printers for the City of Buffalo under contract with AIS.
