	THU. 8 June 2000 - The Axé Project is currently developing a collaborative literacy project between educators and students of Project Axé and those at Thurgood Marshall Academy for Learning and Social Change in Harlem. The TMA Project The Axé Project TMA is FIBER POWERED TMA is now running all classrooms and offices on 3M's Volition Fiber Optics. The increase in speed directly to desktops is substantial. The work, performed primarily by the TMA Tech Crew, a trained group of students and a custodial volunteer will facilitate the continued professional development of teachers and give students an unparalleled streaming environment.
